About The Position
Stern Advertising (or A Cleveland, Ohio advertising agency) has an immediate opening for a Broadcast Traffic Manager. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate scheduling and distribution of broadcast materials and instructions to networks and stations according to the approved marketing plan. You will also be the acting liaison between the agency, the client’s media department and partner agencies. Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Coordinate among Account Management, Creative, Production and Media to execute the planned broadcast commercial rotations
  • Issue commercial directions to stations and networks concerning the use of commercial material
  • Maintain communication with station/network personnel to ensure proper commercial rotation is executed as planned
  • Proficient in traffic module of Strata and Extreme Reach to create, disseminate and record commercial copy instruction
  • Maintain electronic catalog of available commercial version for each agency client
  • Issue and maintain Ad-ID codes for all commercials
  • Organize and monitor vendor traffic department contact sheets
  • Troubleshoot issues with spot upload and delivery between agency and vendors
  • Understanding of marketing and advertising creative and production processes
  • Provide support to Business Affairs Manager and assist Talent Affairs

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of broadcast traffic experience within an agency
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with multiple departments and clients
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficiency with Strata traffic module preferred
  • Experience with Extreme Reach preferred

About The Position
Stern Advertising is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and strategic social media and public relations professional to join our agency as a Social Media & PR Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with social media strategy and public relations initiatives that build brand awareness and reinforce our clients’ key messages and core values. Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Assist with strategy development and execution of social media and PR and planning and execution; support management of agency vendors and partners
  • Create, execute and monitor paid and organic social media content
  • Assist with Influencer partnerships
  • Ability to write social copy for content as needed
  • Support creation of social media and PR assets (product samples, imagery, etc.) and work closely with internal creative team on production
